Andrew Stout qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and has worked as a Family, Criminal and Personal Injury lawyer, specialising in Family law since 1999.

As a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel Andrew is qualified to represent children in care proceedings and is an Accredited Family Law Specialist with the Solicitors of Family Law Association – one of only two such in Mansfield.

Andrew’s workload covers the broad range of matrimonial proceedings, including separation and divorce, financial matters which arise from separation and divorce and all issues in respect of children, for example residence and contact proceedings.

Andrew’s specialism is in Public Law proceedings, which include the representation of parents and children in Applications by Social Service for Care and Supervision Orders, and subsequent adoption proceedings. He also has expertise in dealing with the separation of cohabiting couples.
