Phillip’s main areas of practice are commercial litigation, covering all aspects of business disputes, property litigation and probate litigation. In addition He deals with complex divorce and matrimonial cases involving substantial assets or cases where business assets fall to be considered.

Phillip has many years experience in dealing with complex disputes in all Courts up to and including the Court of Appeal as well as in a number of different Tribunals.

With an emphasis on attempting to provide cost-effective solutions to particular problems, Phillip adopts a robust or conciliatory approach, as the circumstances dictate.

He also practices in non-contentious Company and Commercial matters and in preparing complex commercial documents.
