Partners - Tim Kelway

Tim qualified in 1979 and now heads up the Southwell office.

Tim has extensive experience of taking cases to the Employment Tribunals including to the Employment Appeal Tribunal, acting for both the Applicant and Respondent. He advises on Contract of Employment terms and restrictive covenants and negotiates severance terms.

Tim provides a telephone advice service to employer clients to guide them through the potential minefield of disciplinary and grievance issues as they arise.

On the private client side, Tim advises on Wills and Tax planning and associated trust work. He deals with property matters for long established clients.
