Newark is headed up by four solicitors, Frances Kelly, Jeremy Blatherwick, Phillip Harding and Andrew Stout.

Frances specialises in the preparation of wills, inheritance tax advice and dealing with estates. She also has expertise in dealing with planning for inheritance tax purposes where a member of family has a disability.

Jeremy specialises in commercial and residential property law and is head of the conveyancing department. Additionally, he has considerable experience in advising on Architectural and Structural Engineer’s Consultation Appointments and Collateral Warranties.

Phillip’s main areas of practice are commercial litigation, covering all aspects of business disputes, employment law, property litigation and probate litigation. In addition he deals with complex divorce and matrimonial cases involving substantial assets or cases where business assets fall to be considered.

Andrew has worked as a family, criminal and personal injury lawyer, specialising in family law since 1999 and is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel. He is also an Accredited Family Law Specialist with the Solicitors of Family Law Association.
