We have many years experience in dealing with complex disputes in all Courts up to and including the Court of Appeal as well as in a number of different Tribunals.

Our emphasis is on providing cost-effective solutions to particular problems, adopting a robust approach when required, or a conciliatory approach if that is what circumstances dictate. The department prides itself on a common-sense approach to the resolution of disputes.
