Ann Farnill is a solicitor with over 20 years of legal experience, both in England and Scotland.
Ann formerly practiced law in Edinburgh where she gained valuable experience in Scottish estates law and trust administration before moving to Southwell in 2001.
Ann joined Tallents in 2008 and in 2014 she became Head of the Wills, Trusts & Probate Department. Although Ann is based in our Southwell office, she regularly meets with clients both in our Newark and Mansfield offices.
Away from the office Ann enjoys spending quality time with her three small children – she is mother, cook, cleaner and chauffeur to them all. When she has time, Ann enjoys long walks with her dog, and given the opportunity will curl up with a good book and a glass of wine!
