Who will mediate for us?
Andrew Stout, a family lawyer at Tallents, qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and has worked as a Family, Criminal and Personal Injury lawyer, specialising in family law for 15 years.
As a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel Andrew is qualified to represent children in care proceedings and is not only a Resolution trained mediator, but also a Resolution Accredited Family Law Specialist. Resolution members are committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes with a non-confrontational approach to family problems.
Andrew’s workload covers the broad range of family proceedings, including separation and divorce, financial matters which arise from separation and divorce and all issues in respect of children, including Child Arrangements.
Andrew is also a Collaborative Family Lawyer and is trained to assist his clients in resolving all child and financial matters arising from a divorce or separation in a dignified and respectful way for the benefit of the whole family.
