Sarah Allen, a partner at Tallents Solicitors and Head of Wills, Trusts and Probate believes it has never been more important for people to write a will and that’s why she and her team are participating in Will Aid once more.
Tallents Solicitors is participating in the national will writing campaign to raise awareness of the importance of having a will and their Newark and Mansfield offices have appointments available so that more people than ever before can write a will.
Sarah commented that it’s sensible to have a will professionally drafted to ensure that it meets the needs of today’s complex family dynamics, as well as covering issues such as digital assets.
The team at Tallents recently launched their Will Aid campaign to get more people writing wills. Through Will Aid, participating solicitors waive their fee for writing a basic single or joint will during November and instead invite clients to make a voluntary donation to the nine Will Aid charities.
