Joshua Butler, knows as Josh, is a Licensed Conveyancer who joined the busy conveyancing team in our Mansfield office in August 2026.
He qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in December 2023. Josh worked hard to achieve the qualification whilst working full-time and studying for his exams in his spare time.
He is extremely experienced, having worked in law for the last 14 years and having worked in Conveyancing too. He has been running his own files for nearly 10 years.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, walking their dog, playing golf and watching football.
Residential conveyancing
Josh really enjoys helping clients with all aspects of their property transactions and making the home buying process go as smoothly as possible for them.
He can handle a variety of residential property transactions including:

- Transfers of equity and equity release
- Remortgages
- Charge redemption
- New builds and plots
- Right to Buy
- Government Help to Buy Scheme
Josh is a strong communicator and always keeps his clients up to date with the status of the transaction. He enjoys working with clients and helping them navigate the complexities of a conveyancing transaction. He has a particular interest in handling matters relating to unregistered properties and looking back through the historic title deeds.
