We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy Southwell office on a full-time basis.
You will be supporting and assisting the Solicitors within the department, which will involve carrying out a range of instructions that will encompass aspects of administration coupled with file management.
The suitable candidate would have experience in carrying out the following tasks: preparation of sales packs, prepare & submit SDLT, land registration forms and dealing with exchange of contracts and completion.

Tallents Solicitors requires an experienced (2 to 5 years PQE) Solicitor to join their successful Family Law department. A newly-qualified (NQ) Solicitor with relevant experience would be considered for the position.
You will manage your own caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements and private Children Act work.

A position has become available for a full time experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy Conveyancing Department in Southwell.
Your main duties will include:
– fast and accurate audio typing,
– handling calls to and from clients and estate agents,
– managing and arranging diary appointments,
– general administration duties.
Your communication and organisational skills should be exceptional, displaying thoroughness and close attention to detail at all times as you will be dealing with complex and confidential legal documents.
Due to the fast-paced nature of the department, it is essential that you are able to prioritise efficiently and be flexible in assisting others, particularly in peak times, showing a proactive approach to your duties.
