Tallents Solicitors to sponsor Newark Book Festival again
Tallents Solicitors is delighted to be the sponsor of the Children and Young Person’s Programme again at the 2022 Newark Book Festival.
Said partner, Vili Chung: “We have been proudly supporting the Newark Book Festival since it started in 2017 and it’s been fantastic to see it grow each year in size and stature.
“Even during the 24 months of the pandemic, Artistic Director Sara Bullimore and her team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to still bring the magic of the Book Festival (albeit it digitally) to families at home across Newark and Nottinghamshire during the lockdown.
“One of the key aims of the Newark Book Festival is to engage with our local school children to develop a lifelong love of reading and learning, and their dedicated schools programme involved eleven schools and more than 1,200 children who participated in events such as author visits and workshops during 2019.
“That’s one of the many reasons Tallents Solicitors is delighted to be the Children and Young Person’s Programme sponsor again in 2022. We are sure that this summer even more local schools and school children will have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the wonderful worlds of imagination that books can open up for them.”
