Continuing on from our volunteering efforts during our 250 Anniversary Celebrations, #TeamTallents took up loppers, lawnmowers, spades, rakes, shears and clippers to volunteer once more at the Newark Emmaus Trust.
This local charity helps the young homeless of Newark with accommodation and care, and the Trust needed extra help clearing the garden of one of their properties.
So our staff, led by Senior Partner Alistair Millar and Partner Vili Chung, rolled up their sleeves to tackle the volunteering challenge once again. The sunshine shone down on the hardworking team as they cut back overgrowth and trimmed back trees, filling many bags with garden waste as they worked to clear the area.
Commenting on the day Alistair said: “Everyone enjoyed the volunteering days so much that we carried out during our 250 Anniversary celebrations last year, that the Partners wanted to give the staff the opportunity to give back once more and make a difference in their community again this year.”
